4、具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，同時(shí)具備建筑裝修裝飾工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
5、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
6、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
7、業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
8、其他要求：無(wú)。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; 4. Have the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction projects, and have the qualification of Grade II and above for professional contracting of building decoration and decoration projects; 5. Have a safety production license (within the validity period); 6. The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; 7.
